John Hayes- National Finance Manager.

John is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds an Honours Business Degree in Accounting and has many years professional experience across a number of industries as an accounts coordinator, Senior Finance Officer, Financial Accountant and more recently as Management Accountant to IT provider Datapac.  John has overall responsibility for the organisations financial administration and management.

 

 

 

 

Picture of David ParslowDavid Parslow- National Manager for Family Support and Specialist Services.

David holds honours degrees in Arts and in Applied Social Studies as well as diplomas in Education and Addiction Studies. Prior to joining the company in 2011,  David worked in Community Development, in the Education Sector and in the Health Service Executive (HSE). While working in the community sector with the Gort Family Resource Centre, he was instrumental in establishing  Gort Men’s Shed. He has been Coordinator of Youthreach with the Education & Training Board (ETB), and Community Liaison Officer with the Western Region Drugs Task Force, and has been published in the Irish Journal of Applied Social Studies.  His role includes responsibility for the organizations Family Support Strategy, and its implementation, and oversight of the company’s Child Welfare & Protection, and the development and delivery of Specialist Services nationally.

 

 

 

 Lisa O'RourkeLisa O’Rourke-National Manager for Early Years Education

Lisa holds a BA in Applied Social Studies and a Higher Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care and has extensive experience in the areas of community-based early education, family support and child welfare and protection. She is passionate about quality service design and her focus is on advocating for the continuous improvement of all aspects of practice, systems and culture, while ensuring that children’s rights remain at the core of all policy and practice in early education. Lisa joined Respond Support in 2005 as Regional Family Support and Childcare Coordinator.

Bonnie holds an honours degree in Human Resource Management from Waterford Institute of Technology and has been working in Human Resources for the last 17 years. Prior to joining the company in 2013 Bonnie worked in a variety of  HR and consultancy roles across the pharmaceutical, multinational and food sectors.  She believes strongly that our staff are the key to the success of Respond Support in providing effective quality services and delivering successful outcomes.
