Over the course of 2017, Respond Support has:
- Restructured the organisation along functional lines
- Completely restructured our Senior Management team
- Commenced the development of refugee resettlement programmes in counties Kilkenny and Waterford
- Developed two new early years services
- Renewed our focus on quality improvement across all of our services
- Acquired a twenty-year ‘peppercorn’ lease on a large purpose built childcare and community facility in Waterford
- Opened a new Dublin Office in the Axis Centre in Ballymun
- Streamlined our internal administrative systems including HR, Finance and Payroll
- Focused on the continuous professional development of our staff
- Successfully delivered to completion our final Accredited Education programmes
